1.) Click on Start.



2.) Click on Control Panel.



3.) Click on Network and Internet.



4.) Click on Network and Sharing Center.



5.) Click on the Change adapter settings link.



6.) Click on the dial up connection you want to delete.



7.) Then click on Delete this connection.



8.) When prompted, click Yes and your done.
