1.) Click on Start.



2.) Click on Control Panel.



3.) Click on Network and Internet.



4.) Click on Network and Sharing Center.



5.) Click on the Change adapter settings link.



6.) Double click on the dial up connection you want to use or right click on it and then left click on connect.



7.) Then just click Dial.
