1.) Click on Start.



2.) Then click on Control Panel.



3.) Then click on Uninstall a program under Programs.



4.) Click on Norton AntiVirus on the list so it's highlighted.



5.) Then on the same page click on Uninstall/Change.



6.) Click on the Please remove all user data including my stored passwords & quarantine contents link.



7.) Wait for it to uninstall...



8.) And finally click on Restart Now to reboot the computer.
