1.) Open Internet Explorer



2.) Surf to http://qwest.com/myease



3.) Click on the Get PC Tuneup link.



4.) Type the DSL phone number in the first field and the cus code or last 4 of the social in the 2nd field then click on GO.



5.) Click on the Run PC Health Check Now button.



6.) Click the Agree button.



7.) Click Run when the box comes up.



8.) Wait for it to finish...



9.) Wait for it to scan your machine...



10.) Check the box for PC Tune-Up & then click on the Proceed to Check Out button.



11.) Click the Purchase button.



12.) Type in your password if your pc requires one to login and then click the Continue Now button.



13.) Click the OK button.



14.) And then you wait for the Arrow support representative to help you.



15.) If you accidentally close everything before your done there is usually an icon on
       the desktop that says Reconnect to Qwest PC Services that you can click on to finish
       what you were doing.
