How do I tell if my computer/operating system is 32 or 64 bit?

1.) Open the run box by holding down the Windows Key,   , on the keyboard and hitting the letter "R" once.



2.) At the run box type in "dxdiag" and click OK.



32 BIT:



64 BIT: (The 64 bit version usually says x64 Edition or 64-Bit Edition behind Windows XP where the 32 bit does not)
