1.) Click on Tools and then click on E-mail Accounts.



2.) Ensure the bullet is next to "View or change existing e-mail accounts" & click Next.



3.) Highlight the right account & click on Change.



4.) Make sure Your name/Email address is correct, make sure the Incoming/Outgoing mail
      servers are correct, make sure the User name/Password are correct, & then click More Settings.



5.) On the Outgoing Server tab make sure "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" is
     checked and that the bullet is next to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".



6.) On the Advanced tab make sure the Outgoing server (SMTP) port is set
      to 587 & then click OK.



7.) Click Next.



8.) Click Finish.
