1.) Click on Tools and then click on E-mail Accounts.



2.) Put the bullet next to "Add a new e-mail account" & click Next.



3.) Put the bullet next to POP3 & then click on Next.



4.) Type in Your name/Email address, type in the Incoming/Outgoing mail
     servers, type in the User name/Password, & then click More Settings.



5.) On the Outgoing Server tab check the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication",
     & put the bullet next to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".



6.) On the Advanced tab change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587 & then click OK.



7.) Click Next.



8.) Click Finish.
