Once plugged in you will get a balloon showing XP installing the drivers since they are located on the device itself.  No CD required and no clicking required.
XP should do everything automatically.  You will then get a balloon when it's done and ready to use.
** You may have to reboot to use the new adapter once the drivers are installed. **
Then follow the normal steps for using Windows Zero to connect to a wireless signal.
